SKILL LEVEL: Beginner (No Experience Needed)
MAXIMUM NO. OF STUDENTS: 6
YOU WILL LEARN:
- You will recieve a recipe card for a Dark Chocolate Ganache and demonstration on how to make it
- Fill, layer and frost your yummy cake
- Learn to achieve a smooth finish with sharp edges
- Learn how to make quick sugar flowers and leaves to garnish the top
- If time permits, a Q&A session and photo session.
INCLUSIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
All equipment and ingredients are provided on the day (wear comfortable enclosed shoes), aprons will be provided
Tea, Coffee & Water throughout the day as well as a light lunch will be provided
Your own yummy cake all boxed up to share with friends and family!!!
