  • ·         How to prep Styrofoam tier and cover with fondant

  • ·         Demonstration of different textures used in fondant which includes gold leaf application/ruffling/stenciling/molding/painting

  • ·         Assistance with design and concept of cake

  • ·         Making of Sugar Peony, Hydrangea, Greenery and peony buds

  • ·         How to support, stack cakes and finish design

  • ·         How to transport your cake to location

  • ·         How to price your cakes

  • ·         How to photograph your cake
