I always wanted to be a doctor when grew up. Part of that influence came from spending years back and forth to Chicago as a child undergoing multiple surgeries to correct a rare disease. God is the greatest for blessing me with a mother that never gave up! You really appreciate the sacrifices parents make when you become a parent. Needless to say, i ended up disliking science, ironically my best friend is a scientist and I ended up loving cake artistry. But hey, plenty science goes behind cake making 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Happy Monday!!
