The possibilities with ganache are endless! You can leave the cake as is or have it as the perfect foundation for fondant application!

WHEN: Sunday/October 28 2018/ 12pm-4pm (Please arrive 15 min prior)

WHERE: Take A Bite Bahamas Classroom

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner (No Experience Needed)

MAXIMUM NO. OF STUDENTS: 4

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • You will recieve a recipe card for a Dark Chocolate Ganache and demonstration on how to make it

  • Fill, layer and frost your yummy cake

  • Learn to achieve a smooth finish with sharp edges

  • Learn how to make quick sugar flowers and leaves to garnish the top

  • If time permits, a Q&A session and photo session.

INCLUSIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

All equipment and ingredients are provided on the day (wear comfortable enclosed shoes), aprons will be provided
Tea, Coffee & Water throughout the day as well as a light lunch will be provided
Your own yummy cake all boxed up to share with friends and family!!!
